We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To process such claims, we may require clear photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging.
Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect or error, the item must be unused and in original condition.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs or restocking costs from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

A shipment is not considered lost while tracking indicates that it is in transit, delayed, or pending customs clearance.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Claims for lost shipments must be reported within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date. We may require confirmation from the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer do not automatically qualify for refunds.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the item, or unpaid customs charges, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on availability and destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay required customs duties or taxes does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
